Tom practices in the state and federal courts throughout Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia. Tom's expertise is in commercial litigation, encompassing such matters as contract disputes, commercial leasing, and disputes regarding the operation/control of business organizations. Tom graduated cum laude, with a B.S. in Political Science from James Madison University in 1993. In 1996 he received his JD from the University of Georgia.
Tom is a member of the Georgia, Maryland, Virginia, and District of Columbia Bars and is also admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for Maryland, the District of Columbia, and the Eastern District of Virginia.
