Steve is a graduate of the Georgetown University Law School. He did his undergraduate studies at Washington and Lee University. He has for many years been engaged in the practice of Real Property law in the Mid-Atlantic region. Steve has represented property owners, developers construction companies and real estate brokerage companies. Steve has also been involved in the representation of clients in formation of entities, land acquisition, construction contracts, leasing and all aspects of real estate financing and syndication.
Steve is a founding partner of the firm and a member of its Management Committee. He is active in fundraising efforts for several non-profit institutions and is active in civic and community affairs. Steve is married and has three children and six grandchildren.
