Lois J. Vermillion
Lois joined the firm in late 2000 as of counsel. She had previously been with the Washington law firm of Wilkes Artis for more than 24 years.

Lois's area of practice is in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including representation of institutional investors and developers in the negotiation, documentation and closing of commercial transactions; development rights transactions; structuring development entities; foreclosures and workouts; leasing including GSA leasing; and commercial construction contracts.

Lois graduated from American University in Washington in 1973 with a B.A. in Communications and from George Mason University School of Law in 1977. She is a member of the District of Columbia and Virginia Bars and has served as co-chair of the D.C. Bar's Real Estate Section.
