| Leonard Sloan |
Leonard graduated from the George Washington University Law School in 1968. Prior to that time he was a Certified Public Accountant and business advisor. Leonard has been involved in the practice of Commercial Law for more than 30 years. He has represented numerous banks, financial institutions, and business entities in sophisticated and complex financial transactions. He has also represented clients in real estate matters and corporate and business law issues. Leonard also leads the firm's Alternative Dispute Resolution practice and he regularly serves as a court appointed, Master, Arbitrator, or Mediator.
Leonard is the Chair of the firm's Management Committee. He is also the partner in charge of the Firms Banking and Commercial Law group. In recent years he has been active in representing clients with Internet related businesses. Leonard is also active in the civic and religious community affairs of his community.
Leonard is married, has three children and lives in Potomac Maryland.
