After receiving a B.A. degree from the University of Pittsburgh, Joe attended and graduated from the University of Richmond, T.C. Williams School of Law, receiving his J.D. in 2001. Although licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Virginia that year, Joe attended the Georgetown University Law Center full time to earn an LL.M. in Securities and Financial Regulation before beginning his practice in civil litigation in 2002.

Joe’s practice focuses on the defense of corporations, individuals and insurance companies from a variety of claims including personal injury, breach of contract, construction claims, professional malpractice, employment claims and coverage disputes.

Joe frequently appears on behalf of clients in all levels of the state and federal courts in the Mid-Atlantic region.
