Joan joined the firm in 1998. Joan’s practice focuses primarily on commercial real estate transactions. She has extensive experience in both Landlord and Tenant representation for office, retail and industrial commercial lease negotiations, as well as all other matters pertaining to the representation of property owners in connection with commercial leasing.

Joan attended the University of Maryland graduating with a Bachelor of Arts (History) and is a 1992 graduate of Syracuse University College of Law. At Syracuse, Joan was an Associate Editor of the Syracuse Law Review. She is a member of the District of Columbia and Maryland Bars.
