Jeff is a 1977 graduate [cum laude] of the Washington College of law of the American University. He pursued his undergraduate studies at the College of William and Mary.
Jeff clerked for a District of Columbia Superior Court Judge and joined the firm in 1978. He became a Partner of the firm in 1984.
Jeff is the partner in charge of the firm's workers' compensation and liability defense practice and has been involved in virtually all kinds of employment injury litigation. He has been retained by numerous insurance companies, corporate self-insured and third party administrators in the field of workers' compensation and liability law. Jeff has also been a lecturer and panel speaker before professional groups and insurance organizations in the field of workers' compensation and liability.
Jeff is a member of the firms' Management Committee and is active in community and civic affairs. He is a member of the District of Columbia and the State of Maryland Bars.
