Frances practices with the firm’s commercial litigation group.

Frances received her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Emory University.

Frances is a member of the Maryland Bar and is also admitted to practice before the Unites States District Courts for Maryland. Additionally, she is a member of the Montgomery County Bar Association.
