| Alan D. Sundburg |
Alan Sundburg represents employers and insurance carriers in workers' compensation and general liability matters, and in insurance coverage disputes. He has represented clients at both trial and appellate levels before Federal and state workers' compensation agencies in Virginia and the District of Columbia. Mr. Sundburg has lectured on workers' compensation issues, and is a past secretary (1995-97) of the Association of Compensation Insurance Attorneys.
He obtained his juris doctor from the Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the College of William and Mary, and received his undergraduate degree from Hamilton College. Mr. Sundburg is a member of the District of Columbia and Virginia State Bars.
