Robert has a distinguished trial and appellate court background. He has been involved in over 500 contested matters in courts across the U.S., including scores of trials and a number of reported appellate decisions.
He has published a number of professional articles on various legal subjects and is active in Bar and civic affairs.
Before entering private law practice in 1978, Robert’s legal and other work experience included:
Assistant General Counsel, Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Police Department.
